"When we decided to redo our website, we called quite a number of web companies. We then created a committee to meet and have the companies present to us. Ultimately, the deciding factor for our committee was the ease of use that SchoolPointe (Digital School Network) offered, especially for teacher pages. The design and ability to navigate the uploads was more intuitive. It felt very similar to working with Microsoft Office, something that comforted our staff. Because staff traditionally do not look favorably on change, sharing the ease of use with them and comparing it to something in which they were already familiar was positive. We decided to move forward with SchoolPointe and it's the best decision we as a committee and School District made in quite some time. Our new website is attractive, informational, friendly and professionally done. What sets SchoolPointe apart from others is their dedication to customer service. When we have an issue, I always receive a response from a person not a reference ticket. We feel as if we are their only client!"
