E-RATE

The Schools and Libraries Program reimburses telecommunications, internet access and internal connections providers for discounts on eligible services provided to schools and libraries. While schools and libraries apply for these discounts, Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) works in conjunction with service providers to make sure these discounts are passed on to program participants.

SchoolPointe complies with all E-Rate program, state and local procurement rules and regulations. When conflicting requirements occur between agencies, SchoolPointe adopts the more stringent to ensure compliance with all.

Persons who have been convicted of criminal violations or held civilly liable for certain acts arising from their participation in the Schools and Libraries Program are subject to suspension and debarment from the program. SchoolPointe has NOT been suspended or debarred from the E-Rate program at any time in its history.

SchoolPointe is familiar with USAC invoicing and payment systems and will accommodate your preferred invoicing method.
