Forest Hills Schools

Several years ago the Forest Hills School District went shopping for a new website. We wanted something professional looking that would also unify the district’s sites – (at the time each of our nine school buildings plus the board had independent websites). Affordability was also a key factor.

 

After interviews with several providers we selected SchoolPointe. To date, we are pleased with that selection. Admittedly, shortly after our new websites launched we were troubled by the seeming lack of support service. Apparently the company was under a transition at the time. Once that was finished, SchoolPointe came back stronger and better than before with phenomenal customer support.

 

Our sales representative Josh Boyer and Technician Ben Hughes are always quick to reply to questions, concerns or challenges. One aspect we truly appreciate about our relationship with SchoolPointe is the company’s continued commitment to improvements. Without changing vendors, we have enjoyed the opportunity to refresh the look of our sites and make them even more user friendly thanks to the upgrades.

 

During this era of limited resources, it’s nice having a website that allows the district and our schools to provide information to our parents, communities and potential families in a professional, attractive, reliable and affordable fashion.
