From your account manager to your customer support representative, you'll not only get to know them personally but come to depend on them to answer your questions quickly and thoroughly.
- Training: SchoolPointe will assign your school district it's own dedicated training manager that will handle all of your district's training needs. Wether it's onsite training or personalized virtual training sessions, your users will receive excellent training on our system. We'll take the time to train your district level employees, building administrators and teachers so that everyone understands how to utilize your new website solution.
- Support: We also know that even after everyone has gone through training there will still be questions and issues requiring additional support. Fear not, we've got support covered. Your users will have access to both phone and email support. In addition, sometimes it's nice just to click on a quick FAQ link to get the answer to your question. With this in mind, we've created a detailed FAQ section, complete with short, how-to training videos for each section.
